not a warehouse
LALI & CO started in 2019 on a single phone, packing orders on a dining table. It's still a small team — which is exactly why we can answer your message ourselves and remember what you ordered last time.
We buy in small runs from wholesalers around Lahore, then check every piece before it goes on the site: zips pulled, straps tugged, linings turned out, clasps opened and shut twenty times. Anything that doesn't pass goes back. It's the reason our range is eleven pieces and not four hundred.
We're deliberately not a luxury label. There are no imported price tags here and nothing pretending to be a designer bag. Just well-made everyday things, priced so a student in Johar Town and a working woman in DHA can both justify them.

Questions we get most days
There's no cart or checkout. Message us the product name on

total including delivery. Once you confirm your address, that's the order placed.
Yes, everywhere in Pakistan. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel
arrives. If you'd rather pay in advance by bank transfer or Easypaisa we'll
send you the details — advance payment also removes the Rs 100 COD handling fee.
Lahore: 1–2 working days. Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and
Multan: 2–4 working days. Smaller towns and interior areas: 3–6 working days.
These are the courier's timings, and during Eid weeks they slip by a day or
two — we'll tell you honestly if that's likely before you confirm.
Rs 200 flat anywhere in Pakistan, and free on orders over Rs 3,000.
Cash-on-delivery orders have a Rs 100 handling fee added by the courier,
which we pass on at cost rather than marking up.
You have 7 days from delivery to exchange any unused piece with its tags
still attached — send us a photo first so we can confirm the replacement is
in stock. If the fault is ours (damage, wrong item, faulty hardware) we cover
the return courier both ways. If you've simply changed your mind, the return
postage is yours. We don't offer cash refunds on sale items, only exchanges.
No — and we'd rather say so plainly. Everything in the current range is
good-quality faux leather, canvas or woven straw. That's how we keep bags
under Rs 4,500. Each product description tells you the actual material, and
if we ever stock genuine leather it will be labelled and priced accordingly.
Not a walk-in shop, no. We work out of a small studio in Lahore and everything
is sold online. Local customers are welcome to collect an order in person by
prior appointment — message us and we'll arrange a time and share the location.
Anything marked Sold out on this page is genuinely finished — we
update the site ourselves rather than taking orders for stock we don't have.
For sold-out pieces we can note your name and message you first when the
restock lands, usually within three to four weeks.
Yes. As soon as your parcel is booked we send the courier's tracking number
on the same WhatsApp thread you ordered from, so everything stays in one place.
If tracking hasn't moved for two days, message us and we'll chase the courier
on your behalf.
We use them only to confirm and deliver your order, and we share your name,
address and number with the courier because they can't deliver without it.
We don't sell customer data or add you to marketing lists without asking.
